Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflect the color of the products, your products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are approximate.
All products on the site are subject to availability and payment being received before the order is processed. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will begin processing on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday throughout the weekend, or on Bank Holidays, will begin processing on the following working day. We reserve the right to refuse to sell without reason. Des-Beaux Fashion Boutique will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
Refused Shipments
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
RETURNS POLICY AS OF JANUARY 2018
*All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
*If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
*All returns will not have a restocking fee for 4 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers’ seal.
*If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
*20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
*No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
*$30.00 charge for any returned checks. (NO CHECK ACCEPTANCE)
*Damages, discrepancies & returns must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving goods by e-mail to sales@des-beaux.com , quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. In the case of damages a photo of the fault should also be provided.
Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 5 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returned item/s and have it inspected, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. Remember if we determine that the item/s has been wore and there any perfume odor detected a 50% charge will be apply to you return item/s. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration
*Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.
*Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
Complaints
If you have a complaint about Des-Beaux Fashion Boutique or any of the displayed products, please submit it by email customerservice@des-beaux.com and provide all the details including date of purchase, other reference number and your full name and contacts. We will make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with you purchase.
Delivery Of Products
We will deliver the Product(s) ordered by you together with a hard copy of the Invoice, to the billing address which you give at check out, we will not deliver any goods to a different shipping address unless have been verify to be a valid address for your security and our company as well.
If any of the details you have given to Us in your delivery address are incorrect, We are not liable for any items which have not been or are not received.
Each delivery of Products will be accompanied by a delivery note which shows the date of the Order, all relevant Order numbers, the type and quantity of the Products (including the Product code number where applicable.
