What Shipping Methods Are Available?

The following shipping methods are available from the des-beaux boutique for domestic (US) customers:

UPS Ground Flat Rate
UPS Second Day Air (calculated based delivery location)
UPS Next Day Air (calculated based delivery location)

International (non-US) customers will have the following options:
UPS Expedited (calculated based on delivery location)

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive After I Make payment?

Customer should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (7) working days upon payment verification depending on what type of shipping service they select.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Des-Beaux Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

If you choose standard delivery and your parcel weighs less than 2 lbs it will be sent with USPS Mail, so should arrive with your usual postie. Parcels that weigh more than 2 lbs are sent with Fed-ex or UPS. We’re usually pretty quick and most orders sent this way arrive within 3 working days in the US, although they may take a little longer at Holidays or very busy times.

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Refunds – Returns & Exchanges

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we cannot find a record of sale, the return is provided at current price on a Gift Card.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund only on a Des-Beaux Gift Card. If we cannot find a record of sale, the return is provided at current price on a Gift Card. (Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.)

All Items are returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 15 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original Packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can! Please note in the Special Instructions field during check out that you would like your order to be shipped as a gift order. You may include a gift message of up to 500 characters, and we will include a gift packing slip that does not list prices.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

At the bottom of the first checkout page , there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the next page.

Can I Pay Using PayPal Without a PayPal Account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by PayPal.
